Sign up to the affiliate networks (Day 0)
Register — free, no license required as an individual affiliate — with:
- GetYourGuide Partner — 8% commission, best converting.
- Viator Affiliate — 8% commission, huge inventory (Tripadvisor-owned).
- Klook Affiliate — 3–5% commission, strong in Asia-Pacific.
- Travelpayouts — aggregator (Booking, Kiwi, GetYourGuide) if any of the above rejects you.
- Optional: Skimlinks as a network-of-networks safety net.

Paste your tracking IDs
Open src/data/experiences.ts and replace every YOUR_PARTNER_ID with your actual ID from each network. Same for src/components/gyg-widget.tsx (the GetYourGuide widget partner ID). That's it — every card and detail page now carries your ID.

Traffic playbook — the real work
- TikTok / Reels — post 1 short/day per city: "Top 3 things to do in Bali", "Skip these Rome tourist traps", drive to tourtell.travel/destinations/<city>. This is where 60% of your traffic will come from in months 1–3.
- SEO — write 1 long-form guide per city per month (2000+ words) targeting "best things to do in <city>". Publish on a Next-phase /guides/<slug> route.
- Pinterest — vertical pins for each experience, 5 per day. Long tail, evergreen.
- Reddit — answer travel questions in r/travel, r/solotravel, r/dubai etc. Never drop links cold — build karma first.
- YouTube Shorts — repurpose TikToks 1-to-1.

Revenue math
Average commission per booking ≈ $12 (avg $130 ticket × 9% blended). Reach $5K/mo at ~420 bookings/mo; $10K at ~840. With ~2% click-to-book and ~3% site conversion, that's roughly 50k–120k organic + social monthly visits. Very achievable within 4–6 months of consistent posting.

Legal (UAE)
- Personal affiliate income earned online, paid by foreign networks, is fully legal in the UAE and requires no trade license.
- Once monthly revenue exceeds AED 375,000 you may need a Freelance permit — irrelevant until year 2.
- Add an FTC-compliant affiliate disclosure on every page (already in the footer). Don't strip it.
- Never scrape partner sites — use their official product URLs + your tracking parameter.

- Auto-generate short-form video scripts weekly with an AI Gateway call.
